The property is stunning all around. Gorgeous grounds, beautiful buildings, rooms, decor. Love the cute pool. Beds were comfortable, good wifi, everything was great. We do wish that breakfast had some hot food (like scrambled eggs, not just hard boiled every day) and a bit of variety would have been good. Coffee was good and the breakfast cakes were delicious. Also would have been amazing to have a restaurant on site, but it doesn't. However the drive into town is only about 15-20 min and there are tons of restaurants in Siracusa. Overall, we loved the accommodation and felt very relaxed here. Would recommend!

We’ve been here for the second time and we absolutely love this place! I guess it can’t get more Italian than this. Location perfect (but you have to have a car)- close to many touristic jewels. Staff absolutely perfect. Both girls were so helpful, kind and friendly. They will tell you where to go, where to eat and will answer all your questions. Having a breakfast in this garden - just amazing! And- they LOVE doggies which was the most important for us :-) next time in Sicily- definitely staying here again. It was hard to leave this place. Thank you for everything and surely see you in the future.

The location is nice and a bit away from the Siracuse city centre. If you want peace and quiet, this is the location - you do not a car to drive to the centre. The hosts are really nice. All-in-all a good experience.

Location was isolated but not difficult to reach. Very peaceful area, surrounded by orange and lemon fields. Family suite was very spacious and comfortable. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Several animals on the property kept the kids entertained. Very cozy stay during winter season.

A restored historic villa and farm are in a scenic area among Syracuse's agricultural landscape. Our comfortable rooms feature historic décor, cozy beds, and furnishings. The grounds create a delightful atmosphere with outdoor seating areas and a lovely setting for a stroll through the farm. Breakfast is served in the central dining area, offering various local specialties.

An incredible and magical place! Beautiful orchards and grounds. Kiko graciously gave us a tour, showing us ancient Greek archeological sites and his incredible papyrus plants. We were there as winter approached, so couldn't take advantage of the pool and outdoor cooking area, but they looked incredible. Amazing spread for breakfast. A great location, short drive in to Syracuse.

This property offers an incredible experience in a beautiful private house. We felt very privileged to stay here. The lady who owns the farmhouse was so welcoming as were all her staff. We were even invited to a buffet and concert put on for locals on the property on the evening we stayed.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious with rustic vibe. The surrounding is beautiful, enjoyed being close to nature. Nice breakfast with local food. Loved lemon and orange plantations.

The staff were super helpful, and the villa is located in a beautiful setting. They provided great breakfast during our stay. The decor was tastefully decorated with beautiful antiques that were displayed in the dining area.

The setting was nice, especially since we wanted to walk the trail along the nearby Fiume Ciane. Many of the rooms had outdoor spaces nearby.
